• The Family Room is only valid for families with a maximum of two adults and two children (aged 16 or younger).

• Flight Routing Options: Tanzania flight routing only as follows: - Kilimanjaro - Manyara - Serengeti - Kilimanjaro (and reverse) OR Kenya flight routing only as follows: - Jomo Kenyatta International Airport – Wilson by road – Mara - Loisaba - Wilson - Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by road (and reverse) OR Cross-border flight routing only as follows: - Kilimanjaro – Manyara / Serengeti – Mara / Loisaba – Wilson – Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by road (and reverse) An overnight stay in Nairobi may be required due to flight connections and will incur an additional cost for guests. Due to the lodge / night restrictions applicable for this offer, some of the above listed flights may not be applicable to all itineraries.

• A Premium Supplement is available should guests want the option of a luggage limit of 30 kg (66 lbs) per person in soft bags (including hand luggage) when flying with some of our flight operators in Tanzania. Rates and availability are on request
• Upon cancellation or change in travel dates, &Beyond may need to pass on flight cancellation/amendment costs. No credits are permitted for flights not used
• Tanzania and Kenya combinations: Any cross border itinerary between Kenya and Tanzania needs to include an &Beyond Safari portion in both countriesFlight rates are purely for morning schedules. Cross border itineraries from Nairobi (Kenya) via Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) out onto the circuit will be subject to a minimum guest requirements in order to confirm the flights operation.
