• Rates are in US Dollars and per person sharing per stay, excluding for family suites or tents which are per family suite or tent per stay.
• 'Fly Me around the Okavango Delta' offer is applicable to &Beyond family suites or tents.
• Minimum of two lodges and camps, and a maximum of three lodges and camps per package.
• A maximum of three nights can be spent at &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge.
• Rates exclude telephone calls, Safari Shop purchases, gratuities, all items of a personal nature, champagne, cognacs, fine wines, premium brand spirits and cigars, and landing fees.
• Single Supplement: 11 January to 30 April and 01 November to 20 December: A single supplement is only charged from the third single room per booking01 May to 31 October and 21 December to 10 January: A single supplement applies to all single roomsA single supplement will be charged when an adult is sharing with an infant under the age of 6 years

• Child sharing rates and lodge supplement for &Beyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge on request and apply to children between six and 16 years of age. Children aged five years and younger do not qualify for the offer and will be quoted on normal rates.
• Nightly rates are not applicable – please contact us for package rates and full Terms and Conditions.
• This 6-night package may not be combined with other offers or Long-stay rates.
• &Beyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp and Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp: Triple room only allows for children under 12 years to share with two adults.
• Upon cancellation or change in travel dates, &Beyond may need to pass on flight cancellation / amendment costs. No credits are permitted for flights not used.
• A group supplement may apply to bookings with more than 12 guests.
• The exact itinerary is dependent on client preference and / or availability.
• Validity periods are as specified above - should a booking fall over two rate periods the rate will change and we reserve the right to re-quote.
• Rates quoted are subject to change without prior warning and subject to increases in bed levies, park fees, fuel, sales tax or VAT, ROE, third-party services or any other circumstances beyond our control in the counties featured in this quote.
